Section III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1. AMOUNT OF TENDER SECURITY (art. 16 PPL)
Not required in the I phase prequalification, bearing in mind that the tenderers will be obligated to submit in the II phase suitable guarantee on seriousness of the tender as it will be set in the invitation to submit the tenders, i.e. tender documentation.

IV.4. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS (art. 18 PPL)
Tender documentation for the phase of prequalification can be taken until March 9, 2009 every work day from 10.00hrs to 16.00 hrs. at the address of the contracting authority stated under I.1., or it will be submitted to the interested candidates at their request submitted in written form (by post or fax). No financial remuneration is stipulated for taking the tender documentation.
IV.5. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING TENDER (art. 8 PPL)
Tenders shall be submitted in one of the official languages of BiH.
IV.6. TIME LIMIT FOR RECEIPT OF TENDERS/REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE
March 19, 2008 until 12.00 noon
IV.7. MINIMUM TIME FRAME DURING WHICH THE TENDERER MUST MAINTAIN VALIDITY OF ITS REQUEST

REMARK: Acceptable tenderers shall after the I phase be obligated to declare on the option of the tender in a manner as stated in the tender documentation for submission of tenders.
IV.8. DATE AND PLACE OF TENDER OPENING
Contracting authority will open the requests to participate in restricted procedure after deadline specified for reception of requests. Opening will not be public.
Section V: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. The Request has to contain all the requested documents stated in this Notification on Procurement, as well as documents stated in the tender documentation in a manner and in form set in tender documentation. Otherwise, the request can be eliminated because of legal of essential shortcomings.
2. Interested candidates can in written form (by post or fax) request from the contracting authority clarification of the tender documentation for the phase of prequalification at the latest 10 days before the deadline for sobmission of request stated under IV.6. i.e. by March 9, 2009 or by sending a letter by fax to number 033/ 565-761, contact person Marina Kavaz-SIručić.
3. The Contracting authority bears non expences of the tenderer incurred by this Notification on Public Procurement
4. The Contracting authority will maintain the right to stop-cancel the procedure of award of contract for reasons-cases specified in article 12. of the Law on Public Procurements, and thereof will inform tenderers and publish information on cancelation.
5. Candidates who satisfy the phase of prequalification shall be invited to participate in continuation of public competition.
