Sixth session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, starting at 11 o’clock, in the Public Administration Reform Office building, Vrazova 9, Sarajevo.
Proposed agenda of the session:
1. Adoption of the Minutes of the Fifth Session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, held on November 4, 2008;
2. Approval of the project proposal and the terms of reference “One Stop Shop – services for assistance to citizens”, pilot project of the Brčko District of BiH, from the area of Information Technologies;
3. Information on realisation of the conclusion by the item 9 of the agenda of the fifth session of the PARF JMB: Approval of the project proposal “Financing of publication of the “Modern Administration” magazine” from the area of Institutional Communications;
4. Information and presentation of the work document: Procedures of Finance Management of the Public Administration Reform Fund;
5. Discussion and declaration of the PARF JMB on Proposal of Changes of the Rules of Procedure of the PARF JMB;
6. Information on obligation of calculation and payment of the value added tax – VAT – for the projects financed by the assets of the Public Administration Reform Fund and declaration of the PARF JMB on this matter;
7. Miscellaneous.
