The Regulatory impact assessment becomes more important part of policy making and legislation making in the European Union.
The answers to questions why it is that way, and what are the key analytic steps which the EU follows in preparation of the impact assessment, the lecturers at the seminar on „Regulatory impact assessment in the European Union“ held in Brussels from the 3rd to 5th December, have tried to give.
The central part of the seminar was directed to offering to the participants the practical understanding of this important tool for the policy making in the EU. A broad specter of policies for which the EU applies the impact assessment, has been presented. The seminar was also attended by the representative of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator's Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
