The signatories of Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of PAR Fund are chairman of the Council of Ministries of B&H, entity's prime ministries, BD Mayor, Minister of Finance of BiH, Ambassadors of the Donor countries Great Britain, Netherland and Sweden, and the Chief of European Commission Delegation in BiH. Chairman of the Council of Ministries of B&H, entity's prime ministries and BD Mayor have also signed the Common Platform on principles and implementation of the PAR Strategy Action Plan
