Overall objective: Strengthening of capacities and standardizing of practices of the Council of Ministers of BiH, entity governments and the Government of the Brčko District of BiH for public relations (PR). Purpose of the project: The purpose of this project is improvement of effectiveness of project beneficiaries, familiarizing of PR officers with experiences of institutional communication, theory and practice of public relations through direct access to experiences of the European practice in that area. Standardizing of practice of public relations, especially for newly employed officers. Strengthening of cooperation of project beneficiaries and exchange of their experiences, strengthening and building of professional relations with the non-government PR officers. Project Description: Project encompasses provision of services of training to beneficiaries in the segment of public relations, development of necessary handbooks and procedures, organization of study tour to the Member State and organization of PR conference of government and non-government sector. |
