Overall objective

Support for the reform of public administration in BiH in the area of development of a professional and effective public administration, by increasing the use of IT in the planning process and the establishment of a modern and transparent management of internal labour market.

 

Purpose of the project

Effective HR planning and management of modern and transparent internal labour market system, through application of information technology.

 

Project Description

The project involves development of software for managing personnel planning and internal labour market. As these jobs are connected to each other and their management is based on information and infrastructure of existing information system in the Republic of Srpska Administration, the most optimal solution is the development of two new software modules within an existing information system for human resources management:

• Software module for personnel planning

• Software module for the internal labour market.
