The Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office, in cooperation with SIGMA, will organize an online workshop for the development of an indicator passport for the revised Action Plan of the Strategic Framework for Public Administration Reform 2018 – 2022 (2027).
The workshop will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
We remind you that during 2022, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the governments of the Federation of BiH, Republika Srpska and the Brčko District of BiH extended the period of validity of the Strategic Framework for Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2018-2022 and the accompanying Action Plan for five years, i.e. until the end of 2027. Taking into account the changes that have occurred after 2018, and in particular the requirements of the accession process, the PAR coordinators agreed on the need to revise the PAR Action Plan.
Following the process of developing the revised Action Plan in the previous period, and for the purposes of better monitoring of the public administration reform, it is necessary to jointly develop new indicator passports. This workshop will present the methodology for developing indicator passports, as well as examples of passports for certain indicators, as well as the next steps and the timeframe for developing all indicator passports.
