The Tenth CAF Practitioner Meetings from across Europe were held in Warsaw yesterday.

Namely, every two years, an event is held that brings together public administration experts in one place to exchange their experiences.

This year’s meetings, under the Polish presidency of the EU, are held under the title “Smart Governance: People-Centered, Efficiency-Driven”, and brought together just over 150 people from across Europe who work in public administration.

At the event itself, in addition to lectures and exchange of experiences, “18 golden cases from practice” were presented, including a case from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office, the Civil Service Agency of BiH, the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of BiH and the Public Administration Agency of the Republic of Srpska, with the support of the MEG Project implemented by UNDP, presented the project “Improving the Standardization of Local Self-Government Units and Assessing Digital Readiness”.

This case was presented to colleagues from Europe by Kenan Avdagić from the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office and Goran Štefatić from the MEG Project.
