Employees of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office had yesterday a meeting with the representatives of the Office for European Integration, Funds, Public Relations and Quality by International Standards of the Central Bosnia Canton on quality management in public sector.
The Common Assessment Framework – CAF, quality management tool, was presented at the meeting, as well as a systematic approach to quality management introduction in public administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is, the Operation plan for introduction of quality management in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period from 2016 to 2018.
The representatives of the Office for European Integration, Funds, Public Relations and Quality by International Standards of the Central Bosnia Canton expressed their satisfaction with received information, and said that they planned to present them to the Government of the Central Bosnia Canton.
As a reminder, the conclusion of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina appointed the PARCO as the CAF correspondent on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and one of the tasks of the CAF correspondent institution is to raise awareness on significance of quality management and on the CAF tool itself.
