Session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund will be held on on Tuesday, 17 December, 2013, starting at 12 noon, in the premises of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator's Office, Vrazova 9, Sarajevo.
For the Session, the following Agenda is proposed:
1. Verification of the Minutes of the 36th Session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, held on 24 October 2013;
2. Project proposal "Gender Responsible Budgeting" ("Widening of the Budget Management Information System – BMIS by a software component for gender responsible budgeting") with proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement to the project proposal;
3. Terms of Reference "Gender Responsible Budgeting" ("Widening of the Budget Management Information System – BMIS by a software component for gender responsible budgeting") with proposal of the Decision on Accepting the Terms of Reference;
4. Information on implementation of negotiation procedure of public procurement for the project "Gender Responsible Budgeting" ("Widening of the Budget Management Information System – BMIS by a software component for gender responsible budgeting") with proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement for Implementation of the Negotiation Procedure;
