Naomi Yo Erny, Kerim Panjeta, Nejra Bučo, Haris Pojata and Nahla Šalaka, students of the Second Gymnasium in Sarajevo and the Electro-technical school have replaced their classes on Friday by working in the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office in BiH, which has, once again, supported the project "Volontiraj – kreditiraj" of the non-government organization Infohouse.

Mrs. Dragica Lakić, Head of the Unit for Material-Financial and General Affairs, has introduced the students to the competencies of the Coordinator’s Office. She has talked about the affairs that are being done by the Coordinator's Office as well.

The program of student’s visit also includes the visit to the Office for public relations of the Government of the Federation of BiH. Mr. Davorin Alaupović and Mrs. Nihada Ramić, employees of this office, have talked to the students about the work they do, by explaining that the PR work is much more than simple announcement writing from sessions of the federal government.

The colleagues from this Office have organized the meeting of students with Adil Osmanović, Federal Minister for Displaced Persons and Refugees. By asking many questions, students have shown a huge interest for public administration reform implementation in BiH and for the area that the Federal Ministry of Displaced Persons and Refugees deals with.

At the end of this visit, volunteers have talked about their impressions from visiting the Coordinator’s Office and their opinions about the public administration reform process. This visit, especially the conversation with Mr. Osmanović, students have evaluated as very useful.

This is the fourth year for the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office to support this educational project.
