Capital.ba: Under the slogan "It is not right to wait in line", the campaign for promotions of e-services of the Government of the Republic of Srpska has an objective to offer electronic services to its citizens. This will save their time and make possible sending the request for receiving a certain document or information from home, has been said by the director of the Information Society Agency of the RS, Srđan Rajčević.

"Beginning of this campaign represents a starting position of the Government of the RS and government bodies in the fight for winning the information society in a domain of the public administration", Rajčević has said at the press conference in Banja Luka. He has added that it is about the coordinated project at the entity level and a pioneer attempt of the Government of the RS. Starting from today, the Information Society Agency of the RS will be implementing the coordinated action towards all government bodies and the Government of the RS, by which all the government bodies will be demanded to start providing these electronic services.

According to Mr. Rajčević, the top of this campaign will be on October 30, 2011, when the Information Society Agency of the RS will issue its first emission of qualified digital certificates in BiH, in accordance with the Law on Electronic Signature of the RS.

The manager of the Sector for information technologies in the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, Krsto Grujić has said that certain media will be showing promotion video clips during the campaign. By stating some of the services, Grujić has said that the citizens can find on the internet site of the Taxation Administration of the RS all the forms, requests, registrations and instructions in an electronic form, while the official website of the Inspectorate of the RS offers the information on inspection verifications that are linked to the website of the Inspection Verifications Registrar, which offers a possibility of eventual reporting of illegal work of business subjects.

"The service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS is very useful as well. It helps the citizens in verifying missing and invalid documents and having an insight into the photographs of traffic violations registered by the radar", Grujić has said. He has pointed out that the Ministry of Justice of the RS has created a service of Electronic Land Registry, which gives an insight into the basis of digitalized land-registry data and immobility in the RS.

The General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, on the basis of requests of many users from country and abroad, has created an interactive service that helps the citizens in finding all the objects of public and cultural significance in the RS with the basic information. For the upcoming period, Grujić has announced services of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Health Care and Social Protection as well as the Ministry of Administration and Local Self-Governance of the RS.
