The European Commission has launched a new call for proposals for Erasmus Mundus programme. The EACEA 22/10 is launched with the specific aim of accomplishing those objectives identified in the cooperation between European and third country higher education institutions from South Mediterranean Region (Egypt, Israel and occupied Palestinian Territory), Central Asian Republics and Western Balkans.
The aim of Erasmus Mundus programme is to promote European higher education, to help improve and enhance the career prospects of students and to promote intercultural understanding through cooperation with third countries, in accordance with EU external policy objectives in order to contribute to the sustainable development of third countries in the field of higher education.
The deadline for applications is 15 October 2010.
