Contract on procurement of goods for implementation of the project “One Stop Shop” services for assistance to citizens, Decision on Procurement No. 01-07-222-26/08.

II. 4 DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:

Setting up the basic network for public administration, construction of a single access point for exchange of information within the administration, establishment and implementation of a unified standard for websites of public administration institutions and development of the portal of the Government of the Brčko District, putting the entire system in function (“One Stop Shop” infrastructure) and training of the staff and implementing e-services from the e-Europe 2005 by the priorities as in the tender documentation.

As in the Tender Documentation. Estimated value of the project is 582.894,00 KM, VAT included.

IV.4 CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS (art. 18 of the PPL)

Tender documentation can be taken by May 14, 2010 every work day from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs., at the address of the Contracting Authority stated under I.1, or it will be submitted by post or e-mail to the interested candidates at their request. Signed and stamped request for taking the tender documentation must be delivered in writen form (by post, fax or scaned by e-mail). No financial fee is stipulated for taking the tender documentation.

IV.5. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING TENDER, if other than official BiH languages are also accepted (article 8 PPL)

Bids are submitted in one of the official languages of BiH.

IV.6. TIME LIMIT FOR RECEIPT OF REQUESTS TO PARTICIPATE

IV.7. MINIMUM TIME FRAME DURING WHICH THE TENDERER MUST MAINTAIN VALIDITY OF ITS REQUEST

Note: Compliant suppliers shall be obligated after the first phase to declare on the option of the bid in a manner as stated in the tender documentation for submission of the bids.

IV.8. DATE AND PLACE OF TENDER OPENING

The Contracting Authority shall publically open the bids in the open procedure on May 24, 2010 at the address Vrazova 9 in Sarajevo at 12.00 hrs.

Section V: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. The bid has to contain all the requested documents stated in this Notification on Procurement, as well as documents stated in the tender documentation in a manner and in form set in the tender documentation. Otherwise, the bid can be eliminated because of formal, legal or essential shortcomings.

2. Suppliers can request in written form (by post fax or mail) a clarification of the tender documentation from the contracting authority at the latest 10 days before the deadline for submission of the bid stated under IV.6. i.e. by May 14, 2010 or by fax no. 033/565-761. 3. The Contracting Authority bears no expenses of the bidder incurred by this Notification on Public Procurement.

4. The Contracting Authority will maintain the right to stop-cancel the procedure of award of contract for reasons-cases specified in article 12. of the Law on Public Procurements, and thereof will inform the bidders and publish the information on cancellation.
