Nezavisne novine: The Government of the FBiH has confirmed yesterday and by immediate procedure sent to the Parliament the Proposal law on manner of achieving of savings on salaries and remunerations of the employed in the FBiH institutions and non-budget funds.
"This Law during the stand by arrangement of BiH with the International Monetary Fund arranges the manner of achieving the savings on salaries and remunerations. The main board of the Union of BiH has greeted this proposal law", has been notified yesterday after the session of the Government of the FBiH.
These savings represent one of the conditions for using the IMF funds, as it is the Law on audit of users of war veteran-disabled remunerations on whose draft it has been deliberated yesterday, but the Government should declare on it on Monday at the continuation of yesterday’s session. Yesterday, the Government has also sent into an immediate procedure the amendments to the Law on salaries and other material rights of members of the coordination authorities of the FBiH institutions and public companies in the ownership of the FBiH.
"The amendments enable the Government (in case of disruption of the economic-financial situation in the FBiH) to regulate the salaries and other material rights of coordination authorities", has been stated in the announcement.
