IV.4. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS (art. 18 PPL)
Tender documentation for the phase of prequalification can be taken until June 5, 2009 every dasy from10.00hrs to 16.00 hrs. at the address of the contracting authority stated under I.1., or it will be submited to the interested candidates at their request. Request must be submited in written form (by mail of fax). No financial fee is stipulated for taking the tender documentation.
IV.5. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING TENDER (art. 8 PPL)
Tenders shall be submitted in one of the offical languages of BiH.
IV.6. TIME LIMIT FOR RECEIPT OF TENDERS/REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE

Contracting authority will open the request to participate in restricted procedure after deadline specified for reception of requests. Opening will not be public.
Section V: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. The Request has to contain all the requested documents stated in this Notification on Procurement, as well as documents stated in the tender documentation in a manner and in form set in the tender documentation. Otherwise, the request can be eliminated because of legal or essential shortcomings.
2. Interested candidates can ask for explanation of tender documentation from the Contracting authority 10 days before expiration of deadline for submission of the request, stated under IV.6. i.e. by June 5, 2009 in manner as specified in Decision on implementation of the Law on Public Procurements of BiH
3. Contracting authority is not responsible for covering any costs tenderer produced by this notification on public procurement.
4. Contracting authority keeps the right to stop-cancel the procedure of award of contract for reasons-cases specified in article 12. of the Law on Public Procurements, and thereof will inform tenderers and publish information on cancellation.
5. Candidates which satisfy in the phase of prequalification shall be invited to participate in continuation of public competition.
