At the session, which has been held today in Sarajevo, the Council of Ministers of BiH, besides others, has by proposal of the Ministry of communications and traffic, adopted the Decision on basis of using the electronic signature and providing the verification services.
This decision enables the application of the Law on electronic signatures, or it regulates the whole subject mater of bylaw regulations and it is in service of development of the "e-government" and electronic business in BiH.
Decision also regulates the service providing related to electronic signature and verification, and the work of supervisory authority.
By the adopted solutions in creation of electronic signature, the application of technological standards in harmonization with the standards in countries members of the EU, has been ensured – ETSI standards, has been notified from the Intelligence service of the General secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
