The Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office (PARCO) and Transparency International on Friday, September 25, 2020. in Sarajevo, held a workshop with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Federation of BiH, the Ministry of Administration and Local Self-Government of RS, civil service agencies of BiH and RS and representatives of the Human Resources Department of Brcko District of BiH and the Legislative Office of Brcko District of BiH provided by administrative bodies.

Representatives of the mentioned institutions were introduced to the activities that the expert team has worked on in the past in this segment of the reform, as well as their involvement in the upcoming activities within this initiative.

Experts Srdjan Blagovcanin and Aleksandar Karisik prepared a set of documents that are the basis for introducing customer satisfaction measurement in the practice of institutions as an indispensable tool for collecting information, proposals and suggestions from citizens and the business community on the basis of which each institution will plan and implement provides to its customers.
The workshop was realized with the support of the German GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit), which implements the “Program for Strengthening Public Institutions in BiH” on behalf of the governments of Germany and the United Kingdom.
