On 18 and 19 October 2017, the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office and the Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the GIZ Programme of strengthening of public institutions in BiH, organised in the hotel “Termag” on Jahorina the training on the topic: “Introduction in Quality Management”. That is, the training was attended by 17 civil servants, including the managers of the institutions of BiH.

The objective of the training was informing and familiarising the management as decision makers with the advantages brought by systematic use of the quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or CAF – Common Assessment Framework, and strengthening motivation of employees and opening to the users, in accordance with the SIGMA principles and the public administration reform in BiH.

The attendees were presented with the activities so far on systematic introduction of quality management in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where draft and adoption of the document of Operations plan for introduction of quality management in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period from 2016 to 2018 was especially accentuated.

The Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office continues with their partner institutions in the next period as well the activities on promotion of introduction of quality management in public administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
