Session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund will be held on on Thursday, October 24, 2013, starting at 12.00 noon  in the Administrative Centre of the Government of the Republic of Srpska (10th floor, meeting room), Trg Republike Srpske 1, Banja Luka.

For the Session, the following Agenda is proposed:

1.    Verification of the Minutes of the 35th Session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, held on July 19, 2013;

2.    Quarterly Report of the Public Administration Reform Fund for the period July 1st – September 30th, 2013 with proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement to the Quarterly Report of the PAR Fund;

3.    Inception Report on Implementation of the Project “Widening of the Information System for Human Resources Management by Software Modules for Personnel Planning and Maintenance of the Internal Labour Market in the Republic Bodies of the Republic of Srpska” with proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement to the Inception Report;

4.    Information in Relation with Inclusion of the New Donor – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark to the PAR Fund and Draft of the Annex IV of the Memorandum of Understanding for Establishment of the Public Administration Reform Fund;

5.    Proposal of the Guidelines on Amendments to the Guidelines for Establishment and Work of the Commissions for Procurement for Implementation of the Public Procurement Procedures Financed by the Public Administration Reform Fund;

6.    Proposal of the Procedures of Finance Management of the Public Administration Reform Fund;

7.    Information on events after implementation of the project “Improvement of Rules and Procedures for Legal, Other Regulation, and General Acts Drafting in BiH;

8.    Information on further engagement of the public procurements expert;

9.    Information on the Decisions Enacted in the Procedure of Written Harmonization in the period between the two sessions of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund;
