The 28'th Session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund will be held on Wednesday, July 04, 2012 starting at 11:00 o’clock in the premises of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office, Vrazova 9, Sarajevo.
For the Session, the following Agenda is proposed:
1. Verification of the Minutes of the 27th Session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, held on May 17, 2012;
2. Quarterly Report of the Public Administration Reform Fund for the period April 1st – June 30, 2012, with proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement to the Quarterly Report;
3. Proposal of Amendments to the General Conditions of the Contracts for the Projects Financed by the Public Administration Reform Fund and Proposal of the Statement o Exclusivity and Availability of the Experts for the Projects Financed by the Public Administration Reform Fund with Proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement to the Amendments of the General Conditions of the Contracts for the Projects Financed by the Public Administration Reform Fund;
4. Proposal of the Guidelines for Amendments to the Guidelines for Use of the Funds of the Public Administration Reform Fund with Proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement to the Guidelines for Amendments to the Guidelines for Use of the Funds of the Public Administration Reform Fund;
5. Proposal of the Decision on Annulment of the Restricted Procedure for Public Procurement of Consultancy Services for Implementation of the Project “Establishment of Modern Departments for Human Resources Management in the Bodies of Administration in BiH”, with Proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement to the Proposal of the Decision on Annulment of the Restricted Procedure for Public Procurement of Consultancy Services for Implementation of the Project “Establishment of Modern Departments for Human Resources Management in the Bodies of Administration in BiH”;
6. Final report for the Project “Improvement of Rules and Procedures for Legal, Other Regulations and General Acts Drafting in BiH” with proposal of the Decision on Giving Agreement to the Final Report;
7. Information on the decisions enacted in the procedure of written harmonisation in the period between the two sessions of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund;
8. Miscellaneous.
