The twenty fifth session of the Public Administration Reform Fund Joint Management Board, previously planned to be held on February 13, 2012 in Banja Luka, has been postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions.
The session will be held on February 17, 2012, starting at 12:00 o’clock in the Administrative centre of the Government of the Republic of Srpska (floor 10, room 22), Trg Republike Srpske 1, Banja Luka.
Proposed agenda of the session:
1. Verification of the Minutes from the 23rd session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, held on December 8, 2011;
2. Verification of the Minutes from the 24th session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, held on January 13, 2012;
3. Report of the Public Administration Reform Fund for the period January 1st – December 31st, 2011, with proposal of the Decision on Adoption of the Report;
4. Information on the review of priority projects for financing from funds of the Public Administration Reform Fund, with proposal of the Conclusions;
5. Draft of the Rules of Procedure on Changes and Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund;
6. Discussion on the Additional guidelines for calculation of budget of projects on the basis of indicative costs and prices;
7. Information on the effects of realization of the project "Development of Performance Management System in the Structures of Civil Service of BiH";
8. Information on the Decisions enacted in the procedure of written harmonization in the period between two sessions of the Joint Management Board of the of the Public Administration Reform Fund;
