The Directorate for European Integration of BiH is obliged to send the proposal document with answers on demand of the European Commission by August 31. The Ministry of Justice of BiH has been obliged to coordinate activities of competent institutions on preparation of the draft response to demand of the European Commission, which has been sent by the EU Enlargement and European Policy Commissioner, Stefan Phile.

The deadline for the Institutions of BiH to deliver their responses and translations of legal regulations required in accordance to demand for technical information to the Ministry of Justice was July 10.

The technical part of the meeting in Banja Luka has opened questions on the reform of jurisdiction and functioning of legislative institutions at all four administrative levels of BiH.
