At its 16th session held on August 24, 2011 in Mostar, the Government of the Federation of BiH has deliberated the Information on activities on revision of the Action Plan 1 of the Strategy of the Public Administration Reform, prepared by the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office in BiH.
During the session, mentioned information has been presented, therefore the Government of the FBiH has adopted conclusions with the purpose of implementing and making operational measures from the revised Action Plan 1.
The Government of the FBiH has adopted the revised Action Plan 1 with conclusion that the Government, federal government bodies, federal administrative organizations and services impose objectives, activities and relevant indicators from revised AP1 into their annual work plans and other strategic planning documents.
Also, the Government of the FBiH has expressed its full support for functioning of the Coordination Board for Economic Development and European Integration as the body that will ensure political coordination of the public administration reform at the level of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH and prime ministers/presidents of the Federation of BiH, the Republic of Srpska and the Brčko District of BiH.
The Government has obliged government bodies, administrative organizations and services to apply their priority projects from the public administration reform area through the supervisory team members and to appoint members and deputy members of supervisory teams for public administration reform where necessary. In accordance to that, adopted has been the Conclusion that the Government of the FBiH General Secretariat will prepare the Proposal decision on changes of the Decision of the Government of the FBiH on appointing Supervisory teams for public administration reform.
The Government of the FBiH has obliged the federal Ministry of Justice to propose in cooperation with the federal Ministry of Transport and Communications and the FBiH Government General Secretariat the manner of organizing affairs related to realization of the revised AP1 in the area of Information Technologies, with a purpose of the information society development in the Federation of BiH.

At the session of the Federal government adopted has also been Decision on launching the Project Fe – administration with functions G2G, G2B and G2C. It is about the project that will be implemented by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, with the goal of networking administrative sectors and providing information, contents and services of administration at one place.
This means that the beneficiaries will be able to search for the answers to all questions at one place – central portal.
