Result of analysis of current practices of the rules and regulation for Law and Other Regulations and General Documents Drafting in BiH will be presented at the workshop which will be held on Febraury 24-25, 2011. The workshop will take place on Vlašić and it is organized by University of Sarajevo School of Economics and Business in cooperation with Public administration Reform Coordinator Ofice.
Implementator of project ”Improvement of Rules and Procedures for Legal, Other Regulations and General Documents Drafting in BiH” is University of Sarajevo School of Economics and Business. The project is financed by Public Administration Reform Fund.
This project is response to the current situation and spotted problems in the area of Law Draftings in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is based on idea of preparation and providing best solutions from current practice of the rules and regulation for Law and Other Regulations and General Documents Drafting in BiH as well as in the European Union memebers with the similar law system and government structure.
The workshop is planned for Supervisory Team members in the field of improving the quality and procedures of drafting and adopting regulations as well as for Project Implementation Team members.
