IV. 4 CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS
(art. 18 of the PPL):

Tender documentation for the phase of prequalification can be taken by 08.10.2010. every working day from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs at the address of the Contracting authority stated under I.1, or it will be submitted to the interested candidates at their request. The request must be submitted in the written form (by post or fax). No financial remuneration is stipulated for taking the tender documentation.

IV.5. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING TENDER,if other than official BiH languages are also accepted (article 8 PPL)

Tenders shall be submitted in one of the official languages of BiH.

IV. 6. TIME LIMIT FOR RECEIPT OF TENDERS

IV.7. MINIMUM TIME FRAME DURING WHICH THE TENDERER MUST MAINTAIN VALIDITY OF ITS TENDER

90 DAYS after final deadline for submission of requests NOTE: Acceptable bidders shall after the first phase be obligated to declare on the option of the bid in a manner as stated in the tender documentation for submission of bids.

IV. 8. DATE AND PLACE OF TENDER OPENING

TThe Contracting authority will open the requests to participate in restricted procedure after deadline specified for reception of requests. Opening will not be public.

Section V: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. The Request has to contain all the requested documents stated in this Procurement Notice, as well as documents stated in the tender documentation in a manner and in form set in the tender documentation. Otherwise, the request can be eliminated because of legal or essential shortcomings. 2. Interested candidates can in written form (by post or fax) request from the contracting authority clarification of the tender documentation for the phase of prequalification at latest 10 days before the deadline for submission of the request stated under IV.6. i.e. by 08.10.2010. by sending a letter by fax to number 033/565-761, contact persons, Zoran.Stojisavljević and Aleksandar Karišik . 3. The Contracting Authority bears no expenses of the bidder incurred by this Procurement Notice. 4. The Contracting Authority will maintain the right to stop-cancel the procedure of award of contract for reasons-cases specified in article 12. of the Law on Public Procurements, and thereof will inform the bidders and publish information on cancellation. 5. Candidates who satisfy the phase of prequalification shall be invited to participate in continuation of public competition.
