Training about management performance for civil servants from Republica Srpska will be held in Banja Luka from Juny 21-24 2010 and it is organized by Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office in cooperation with Djikic Consulting Service which is also implementator of project “Development of a system for performance management structures in the civil service in BiH”.

Training is intended for 150 senior civil servants from republican administrative bodies of the RS.

The aim of the project "Development of a system for performance management structures in the civil service in BiH” is improving efficiency of public services through the development and implementation of effective performance management system and results which will be introduced within institutions and administrative bodies at various levels of government.

The project intends to develop adjusted principles and standards for evaluating and monitoring the employees performance in the Civil Service, in accordance with the modern approach to human resource’s management,  best practices in the public sector and the experiences of EU member states and regions.

Project is funded by the Fund for Public Administration Reform.
