On the March 10, 2010 the Civil Service Agency of BiH in cooperation with Finland Institute for Public Administration HAUS, by introductory conference, started the one year Twining project ”Capacity building in the field of education management in the BH institutions.
The main goal of this project is giving support for strengthening public institutions through consolidation of Human Resources Management network in the field of training and development.
One year training will be attended by 45 civil servants from BH institutions who are in charge for planning and organization of trainings in their institutions and for who cooperate with the Civil Service Agency related to the training organization.
The first three day training of Twinning program was held from March 22nd – 24 in Neum. Focus of this training was on”Strategy of training”. After familiarising with basic theory concepts of strategic planning, the participants of the seminar were split into four groups:
- Law training
- Economy training
- Training from the field of security/foreign Affairs
- Horizontal training
Split into four groups, participants were working on developing mission and vision for every group respectively. SWOT analysis has been performed and performance indicators were set.
