II.4. DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
Procurement of consultancy services – provision of technical assistance for implementation of the project of support to the public administration reform “Development of the Performance Management System in the Structures of Civil Service in BiH”, as set forth in the tender documentation.
II.5. TOTAL QUANTITY (NUMBER OF UNITS) AND/OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
As in tender documentation. Estimated value of the contract is 750.000,00 КМ without the VAT.

IV.4. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS (art. 18 PPL)
Tender documentation for the phase of prequalification can be taken by June 19, 2009. every working day from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs at the address of the Contracting authority stated under I.1, or it will be submitted to the interested candidates at their request submitted in the written form (by post or fax). No financial remuneration is stipulated for taking the tender documentation.
