Nezavisne novine: The unpaid budget obligations from last year the Government of the FBiH will cover by the credit from commercial banks, which it plans to realize by the end of the first quarter of this year, has been announced by the prime minister, of the FBiH, Nedžad Branković.
"The debt which has been entered for payment is around 180 million KM. We also have the obligations towards the decisions which we have been adopting, and which have not been calculated and entered in the safety-vault, and depending on the time when they have been adopted, they are between 30 and 80 million KM", has been said yesterday by Branković after the session of the Government of the Federation of BiH.
He said that they have also talked about paying off the credit for this debt, to the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
"For realization of those engagements we need time, and in the second quarter we need to prepare the rebalance", Branković has said.

Meeting of the prime minister and deputy prime minister of the FBiH with the leaders of the FBiH, which has been announced for yesterday, and called on the basis of conclusion from the last session of the Government of the FBiH, has been cancelled because of the inability of chairman of the FBiH, Borjana Krišto to attend the session and the illness of the deputy chairman of the FBiH, Mirsad Kebo.
"It is not true that the ministers have signed the resignations and that it was supposed to be talked about that. Topics of the meeting were supposed to be the nominations of directors and management boards which have not been completed. We will have to change the laws which define this, because it is obvious that the procedures for nominations are not sufficiently effective", Branković has said, by reminding that the departmental ministers should say what has not been agreed in relation to individual nominations.
He thinks that the growth of industrial production in the FBiH, which has been smaller in January than in the last month, shows that we need to react by ensuring the fresh money for economy and the best is to "withdraw" the funds from succession and non-privatization capital. He says that there was a talk with some international banks on possible credit, but they ask for negotiations and analysis.
"The quickest way is privatization, but my proposals attract some negative connotations, how of those who are professional, so from those who are not, or suggestions on giving the companies under concession. Nobody has persuaded me yet that there is a faster way than privatization, and the only correct analysis of possibilities which it offers, is the market", prime minister of the FBiH, Nedžad Branković has said.
The Government of the FBiH has yesterday adopted the decision that, in the goal of savings, it will not be paying off the remunerations for the engagement in working authorities established because of executing the works which are by the law or by the annual operational plan of work of the FBiH Government, determined as regular works. There has also been adopted the Decision on paying off the 15 million KM of debt of the "Energoinvest" towards the Union bank, towards which this company would pay a debt. By this decision, the Agency for privatization of the FBiH would sell out a part of the property from the passive sub-balance of company and make up the expenditure.
The Government has yesterday accepted the amendments of the Socio Democratic Action and the Party for BiH to the Law on Social Protection. According to new amendments, persons with 80, 70 and 60% of disability to whom their disability has been gone by the age of 18 or by the end of their education, but not after the age of 26, will remain in the law. These amendments will be inserted into the new law on protection of families with children.
