Nezavisne novine: Aleksandar Džombić, Minister of Finance of the RS, has yesterday explained to the delegates of the Parliament of the RS the Proposal budget of the RS for 2009. in the amount of 1.67 billion KM, which represents an increase by 6% in relation to the rebalance of this year.
While speaking of the differences between the Draft and Proposal budget of the RS for 2009., Džombić has said that certain changes in the Proposal budget have been done in expenditures of the budget.
According to Džombić, at positions of gross salaries and remunerations of expenditures of the employed, there has come to an increased secession in the amount of 1.4 million KM at the same time with the reduction of general internal reserve, which is being placed inside the rest of the budget expenditure, and pre-distribution inside the particular budget users.
The Minister of Finance has explained that the projected revenue on the basis of the tax on income in 2009. in the amount of 162.5 million KM, which represents an increase of 11.8 million KM, or 7.8% in relation to the rebalance of this year.
The representatives of the opposition have expressed the most complaints on small inducements in economy and insufficient secessions for education. Until conclusion of this number, the delegates have not voted on the budget.
