Nezavisne novine: BANJALUKA – In the new administrative center of the Government of the Republic of Srpska a decision about the house order started to be applied. According to these rules, employees are not allowed to have private visitations, or unnecessarily stay in the hallways and other offices. This decision was brought on Monday by the agency for common affairs of the Government of the Republic of Srpska. Employees are forbidden to come to the work in short pants, high heals, sandals and similar things. In the department for public relations it has been said that the decision was delivered to all employees, and it “confirms the rules by which the work, behavior at work appropriate for employees in offices of ministries, authorities of the Republic of Srpska, and professional agencies of the Government, are all ensured.”
“Order of the house needs to be respected by all employees, high ranking officers and other persons who constantly or currently spend their time in the Government building”, said the Bureau. By this decision, working time, reception and flow of clients, motion and the appearance of the employees, bringing in and out of things, and protection of assets and persons, has been precisely determined. By the order of the house it is being predicted that during their working hours, employees cannot have private visitations, except for urgent or other exceptional cases. It is not allowed to them to move and hang out in the hallways and offices in which they do not work nor in the lobby and the room in front of the reception desk. “All employees, including the high ranking officers in the Government building are responsible with the care of a good host, to use and care for the Government’s facilities”, has been stated in the Decision of house order. Neglecting these rules is harmful for working duties and obligations. Deputies in the Government of the Republic of Srpska support the Decision of the house order, and realization of its idea consider totally justified. “Some slips were happening when speaking of entering and hanging out of people from “outside” in the Government building, and that has also been precisely determined by the house order. Also, some female workers have been inappropriately dressed. I totally support this decision”, said one of the deputies of the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
There is no entrance for violent people
Entrance and hanging out in the Government building of the Republic of Srpska is not allowed to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other toxic matters. Entrance is also forbidden to persons with violent and inappropriate behavior. Persons inappropriately dressed, and those without an identification document are also forbidden to enter the building. Persons considered as being bothering the work, endangering health and life of employees and visitors, are also forbidden to enter. Even persons employed in the Government of the Republic of Srpska are not allowed to enter the building in the above stated conditions.
Forbidden to bring alcohol
In the building of the Government of the Republic of Srpska it is not allowed to bring any kind of weapons, munitions, explosive materials, nor machines and materials which can cause a general danger. Alcohol, drugs and other toxic materials, warming tools, tools for visual or audio recording, and similar items are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the Government building. Advertising products and materials of propaganda are also forbidden.
