Nezavisne novine: The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH adopted yesterday the Proposal of the Law on Salaries and Remunerations in Institutions of BIH, which stipulates that highest basic salary of 5.350 KM will be the one of the members Presidency of BiH and the president of the Constitutional Court of BiH.
According to this Law, which for the first time legally regulates salaries of the employees in the institutions of BiH, the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers would have a salary of 4.900 KM, ministers and MPs of 4.550 KM, and judges and prosecutors of 4.200 KM. On the basic MP salary added are MP provision and other benefits, so their monthly salary would amount to 6.000 to 7.000 KM. Yesterday the MPs adopted the Law on Changes and Amendments to the Election Law of BiH.
